Your life is full of health obstructions.  People or things that get in the way of you being fit, healthy and getting the most out of life.  As a society, we are fat, sick and dying and it’s often the people that we trust to guide us who are the ones benefiting the most from our sickness and disease.

Wellness Big Mac…

We live in a world with an abundance of information.  Much of the information that is being fed to us on the TV, radio and in magazines is total garbage!  Fad diets, 5 Minute Abs, 10 Minute Buns, Diet foods, Fancy Supplements, Exercise Fads and New fancy workout equipment are all being sold to you as the secret sauce missing from your Wellness Big Mac.

Change is coming…  

True health ultimately comes from the inside out and YOU are the one who is in charge of your health.  It’s not your doctor’s responsibility.  It’s not the pharmaceutical company’s, the food industry’s or ANYONE else’s.  You are in charge of you.  So start acting like it.

Rock the boat…

Start asking questions.  Start rocking the boat.  If you look around at the health of the average person, you would have to come to the harsh conclusion that what we are doing now IS NOT WORKING.  Maybe all it would take is is a quick glance in the mirror and you would have to acknowledge that what YOU are doing now IS NOT WORKING.  It’s time to change that.

Health UnPlugged…

Being “UnPlugged” is about thinking for yourself.  It’s about taking charge.  It’s about NOT believing something just because it was on the news or printed in some stupid “Health” magazine.  It’s about the willingness to ask questions and challenge your own assumptions about health.  Being UnPlugged is for those who are interested in removing themselves from the herd of Sheeple and taking control of their health…ultimately taking control of their life.

The best version of YOU…

So I would like to encourage you to UnPlug.  UnPlug from the noise in the medical and health industry and start thinking for yourself.  Free yourself of the obstacles that are getting in the way of you achieving that “state of complete physical, mental and social well-being” that is health.  And the beautiful thing…we don’t have to agree on everything…or anything for that matter.  What’s right for me, may not be right for you.  What works for one person, may not work for another.  That’s OK.  But that’s exactly why you owe it to yourself to find out what is best for you…what is going to help you live a long healthy life as the absolute best version of YOU.
