Improve Your Posture…21st Century life has ALL of us heading BACK to the fetal position.  Our jobs and hobbies all seem to put us in a head forward, shoulders forward position.  This negative training over time leads to TERRIBLE posture.

If you want to improve your posture you have to go the opposite way. 

Stretch the muscles of the chest and strengthen the muscles on the back of your body so they help hold you upright.  If you are consistent, your body will learn excellent posture and it will come naturally.
