How Much is Enough Water?

”You should drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day.”  Yeeeeaaahh…that’s true…SORT OF!  The truth is, if you are a large person, you need to drink more.  If you are small…well…less is fine.

So how much is enough?  Take your body weight and cut it in half.  That’s the amount of water in ounces you should be drinking each day.

Examples: 

200lbs = 100 ounces of water each day

150lbs = 75 ounces each day

(so really 64oz each day is only good if you are 124lbs or less)
